What this is

An optically clear adhesive resin for display bonding, built on base-catalyzed thiol-epoxy step-growth chemistry cured by photobase generators. It replaces UV-cured acrylic LOCA/OCR resins, which shrink 3-8% as they cure - enough to cause mura distortion, edge delamination and substrate buckling in large or flexible displays.

The incumbent acrylic OCR dominates optical bonding for automotive touchscreens and flexible OLED panels. The thiol-epoxy alternative cures with near-zero volumetric shrinkage and is oxygen-insensitive.
